Chaz’s Mock

|
.Tennessee Titans: Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss- Tunsil is the best tackle prospect I have seen in awhile, and this gives the Titans the chance to have a set of book-end tackles to protect Mariota for a decade.
.Cleveland Browns: Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame- I have said it before, Joe Thomas has been on the Browns chopping block for the last year. They know the stability a franchise tackle can provide and they have a chance at an incredible prospect here, and honestly, this draft is far too talented to waste a pick on a QB this high when they just picked up RG3.
.San Diego Chargers: Jalen Ramsey, CB/S, FSU- I think the Chargers are prime team to trade down, but for the sake of this mock, they dont. Ramsey is one of the best secondary prospects we have seen in awhile and he can play anywhere back there. I liken Ramsey to Byron Jones WITH all of the technical ability. The Chargers lost Weddle and are somehow always in the search for corners.
.Dallas Cowboys: Myles Jack, LB, UCLA- Jack is a god. Not much to question. Cowboys need plenty of help on that D. Sean Lee is a question, Gregory is suspended, and Mcclain could go anywhere in his second year with the boys, but Jack is a sure thing, and they havent had a sure thing since Ware.
.Jacksonville Jaguars: Vernon Hargreaves III, CB, Florida- The Jags are a weird team. I want to give them a pass rusher, but a lot of us forget they’re getting Fowler back. Hargreaves is a star in the making.
.Baltimore Ravens: Deforest Buckner, DE, Oregon- The Ravens need to rebuild that defense. CJ Mosely is the real in the middle. Buckner is a massive athletic force that has the ability to strengthen both facets of that defense.
.San Francisco 49ers: Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State- The Niners have plenty of holes but they were at their best when Aldon Smith was being a terror off the edge. Chip Kelly isnt a defense guy. So i trust chip could make a lot with less on offense, but he needs that talent on defense. Im not a Bosa fan, but getting him here, and knowing their needs at linebacker and end, everyone is happy.
.Philadelphia Eagles (From Miami): Ezekial Elliott, RB, Ohio State- Zakk doesnt buy it, but I do. The Eagles new coach is Doug Pederson. Here are the running backs he has had in the past: Brian Westbrook, Jamaal Charles. Pederson knows the value of a franchise running back, why would he change that now?
.Tampa Bay Buccaneers: William Jackson III, CB, Houston- Tampa is in desperate need of a corner. This draft is loaded with man/press players and i dont anticipate the Bucs running a man system down their with their personnel, and William Jackson is an incredible off/zone corner.
10. New York Giants: Reggie Ragland, LB, Bama- Zakk and I will agree on this for a while. The giants need Ragland, and considering how Ragland plays, he needs them, The Giants will allow Rags to come in and just play the physical style he plays because they are really just looking for any improvement at this point, and with Snacks up front, the Giants will be solid right in the middle for the next 6-7 years.
.Chicago Bears: Noah Spence, OLB, EKU- I really like what they have in Fuller, and they just picked up Trevathan to hold it down inside. They really need someone to rush the pass, and they get their guy.
.New Orleans Saints: Joshua Doctson, WR, TCU- At this rate, Brees will be able to throw for 5000 yards a year for the next decade. Jeez.
.Miami Dolphins (From Philadelphia): Jack Conklin, OT, MSU- The fins line needs work if they want their franchise guy to get the most out of their young weapons. Conklin Starts at RT, James moves inside, and when Albert gets hurt they're still fine.
.Oakland Raiders: Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss- The Raiders put themselves in a good spot to potentially go BPA. Here, that’s Treadwell, plus he fills a need. Crabtree is a good, but putting legitimate young talent across from Cooper for Carr to work with is a great spot to be in.
.Los Angeles Rams: Jared Goff, QB, Cal- The California kid, Jared Goff. What better way to sell tickets? Case Keenum isnt going to be the guy, don’t kid yourselves. The Rams need plenty of work, but they need a QB eventually.
.Detroit Lions: Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State- I love me some Taylor Decker. This guy is an animal, and after a couple of year on the right side, he could me a great transition to left. I dont know if I trust him at left right away. This move, with Laken Tomlinson, gives the Lions a nice young line to work with.
.Atlanta Falcons: Miles Killebrew, S, Southern Utah- I know, this is big. Dan Quinn had Chancellor and Thomas in Seattle. He knows how important safeties and the best way to describe Killebrews style of play is VIOLENT. His size allows him to play anywhere in the secondary and he could suffice at OLB. The Falcons got their pass rusher in Beasely last year. So now they can crack some heads.
.Indianapolis Colts: Jaylon Smith, LB, Notre Dame- I dont trust ryan grigson, so i think this is a move hed make. This isn’t really a bad move, but it might not see immediate results. If the colts are willing to wait for Smith to get back to full speed, theyll get the most talented player in the draft for an absolute bargain, filling a huge need.
.Buffalo Bills: Leonard Floyd. OLB, Georgia- Quinton Coples flashbacks are strong. Floyd is an odd prospect with massive size and fits well in a 4-3, but hes good enough to produce in a 3-4. Rex can move this guy around from end to olb, and get plenty of production out of him.
.New York Jets: Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis- Wentz is the better prospect, but Lynch fits much better in Chan Gailey’s spread. Memphis offense was quick and Lynch threw plenty of balls. He has an enormous frame and sneaky mobility. Oh, and the Jets need a QB, BADLY.
.Washington: Emmanuel Ogbah, DE, Oklahoma State- The Skins need plenty of help but it all starts up front. Ogbah is a crazy athlete for his size and plays like a grown man. There hasnt been a real force on that D since Orakpos best years.
.Houston Texans: Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor- The Texans are high on coleman, very high. They need him now more than ever since they have a real QB (at least someone that gets paid like one). With the recent arrest of Jalen Strong, they need someone reliable to play with Hopkins.
.Minnesota Vikings: Will Fuller, WR, Notre Dame- The Vikes offense is BORING. They need some spark and Fuller is absolute lightning. He isnt polished, and doesnt have the best hands, but hes a playmaker, and you can pass on that when you need it.
.Cincinnati Bengals: Tyler Boyd, WR, Pitt- The Bengals lost 2 WR’s in one offseason. Thats a big problem. Boyd is a really good option and is a good blend of power/size/speed to fill the roles of jones/sanu.
.Pittsburgh Steelers: Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State- I think the Steelers are going to play a little more man now that their lb’s are developing nicely and can get after the QB, and Apple is a solid man CB.
.Seattle Seahawks: Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson- The Seahawks are a weird team as far as needs go. They have the chance to go BPA here, and Shaq is a great prospect that can take over when Avril is done there.
.Green Bay Packers: Darron Lee, LB, Ohio State- The PAckers LB core is a mess. Where does clay matthews really play? I dont know, but what i do know is they get a guy in lee that to me, can play any LB spot. A great, versatile athlete that can rush the pass and plug holes.
.Kansas City Chiefs: Carson Wentz, QB, NDSU- This isnt going to happen, well, maybe, but probably not. Wentz as an elite talent but could really benefit from a couple of years worth of development. The chiefs have other needs, but anytime you can get an elite talent and setup a “bridge”, you make that call.
New England Patriots: Pick Forfeited for generally below average penis size among fanbase.
.Arizona Cardinals: Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson- The Cardinals have needed some pass rush help, but after getting chandler jones, theyre in good shape. They really don’t have a lot of holes, so they beef up their secondary by adding a shutdown corner to play opposite PP.
.Carolina Panthers: Derrick Henry, RB, Bama- I have had this pick for a while now. The Panthers have two, talented young WR’s, a talented young QB...and Jonathan Stewart. I know he went to the pro bowl and blah blah blah, but he is far from electrifying, reliable, or consistent (aside from consistently mediocre). Huge upgrade here.
.Denver Broncos: Connor Cook, QB, MSU- The only QB’s on the broncos roster are Mark Sanchez and Trevor Simien. I don’t need to write more.
Miami sends 8th pick overall to Philadelphia for the 13th pick overall, Kiko Alonso, and Byron Maxwell.
32. Cleveland Browns: Jonathan Bullard, DE/DT, Florida
.Tennessee Titans: Shilique Calhoun, DE, Michigan State
.Dallas Cowboys: Andrew Billings, DT, Baylor
.San Diego Chargers: Jason Spriggs, OT, Indiana
.Baltimore Ravens:Cody Whitehair, G, Kansas State
.San Francisco 49ers: Germain Ifedi, OT, Texas A&M
.Jacksonville Jaguars: Nick Martin, C, Notre Dame
.Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Darian Thompson, S, Boise State
.New York Giants: Michael Thomas, WR, Ohio State
.Chicago Bears: Kendall Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
.Miami Dolphins: Robert Nkemdiche, DT, Ole Miss
.Los Angeles Rams (From Philadelphia): Braxton Miller, WR, Ohio State
.Oakland Raiders: La’Raven Clark, OT, Texas Tech
.Los Angeles Rams: Hunter Henry, TE, Arkansas
.Detroit Lions: Kevin Dodd, DE, Clemson
.New Orleans Saints: Su’a Cravens, OLB, USC
.Indianapolis: Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia
.Buffalo Bills: Jerald Hawkins, OT, LSU
.Atlanta Falcons: Vadal Alexander, G, LSU
.New York Jets: Kamalei Correa, OLB, Boise State
.Houston Texans:Adolphus Washington, DT, Ohio State
.Washington: Xavien Howard, CB, Baylor
.Minnesota Vikings: Sterling Shepard, WR, Oklahoma
.Cincinnati Bengals: Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville
.Seattle Seahawks: Shon Coleman, OT, Auburn
.Green Bay Packers: Jerell Adams, TE, South Carolina
.Pittsburgh Steelers: Vonn Bell, S, Ohio State
.Kansas City Chiefs: Kenny Clark, DT, UCLA
.New England Patriots: Joshua Garnett, G, Stanford
.New England Patriots (From Arizona Cardinals): Jayron Kearse, S, Clemson
.Carolina Panthers: Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama
.Denver Broncos: Chris Jones, DT, Mississippi State
Los Angeles acquire the 43rd overall pick from Philadelphia in last year’s Sam Bradford trade.
New England sends Chandler Jones to Arizona for the 62nd pick overall, and Jonathan Cooper.
